Accounts Payable Specialist

The Accounts Payable Specialist will review and process invoices for client. This position will support Red Bull North America headquaters, assigned Business Units and with daily routing of invoices and payment process.

Responsibilities

Print and stamp received invoices on a daily basis
Route invoice via iVerify to first approver
Posting of approved invoices into the system with correct GL coding
Follow up with approver on invoice status via iVerify Ledger
Accounts Payable month-end duties
Answer vendor & employee calls – Vendor & employee Customer Service – daily basis
General knowledge of sales & use tax including self-assessment
Process Fixed Assets into the system, Fixed Assets are determined by RBNA policy
Problem/Issues are addressed at least twice a week
Additional projects as assigned by Accounts Payable Manager

Requirements

  • Experience Needed 3 years of Accounts Payable experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills SAP knowledge is a plus Customer Service both internal and external Ability to create self-correspondence with minimal supervision Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
