Client Service Advisor, CFP

We're looking for a CFP professional who enjoys both planning and people. In this role, you'll be a trusted point of contact for clients—helping them feel confident and cared for at every stage of their financial journey. You'll work closely with our lead advisors, offering planning insight, handling client follow-ups, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

It's a great fit for someone who loves the personal side of planning, is detail-oriented, and wants to make a real impact in clients' lives.

What you'll be doing:

  • Build trust with clients through consistent, thoughtful communication
  • Support financial planning work: prep, input, and review client data
  • Follow up after meetings with action items, paperwork, and next steps
  • Keep our systems updated and help make our processes more efficient
  • Partner with advisors to deliver a high-touch client experience
