Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Preconstruction Estimator based in Indianapolis, IN. The Preconstruction Estimator will be involved in preparing detailed cost estimates, performing quantity take-offs, managing budgets, and collaborating with project stakeholders. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to ensure the successful planning and budgeting of construction projects.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Construction Estimating and performing accurate Quantity Take-offs
  • Expertise in Cost Management and Budgeting for construction projects
  • Strong Communication skills for collaborating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Knowledge of relevant construction planning tools and software is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively
  • Experience in tenant improvement or new construction is a plus
