About the Role

As a Management Trainee, you'll gain hands-on experience by rotating through key areas of our event and outreach operations. You'll support live events, coordinate with team members, engage with the public, and help ensure campaigns run smoothly. Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily event operations, setup, and logistics

  • Represent nonprofit partners and community programs at outreach events

  • Greet attendees, provide information, and answer general questions

  • Learn to coach and support new team members as you advance

  • Assist with coordination tasks, including tracking interactions and reporting feedback

  • Collaborate with event leads to meet goals and improve public engagement

Qualifications

No prior experience is required—full training provided. You'll thrive in this role if you:

  • Are 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Communicate clearly and enjoy interacting with people

  • Are dependable, adaptable, and eager to learn

  • Work well in team-based environments

  • Feel comfortable engaging with the public at events

  • Are willing to occasionally work evenings or weekends

Preferred but not required: Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, volunteering, or community programs
