Join the AI System Architecture (ASA) team within Microsoft's Azure Hardware Systems and Infrastructure (AHSI) organization, the team behind Microsoft's expanding Cloud Infrastructure and for powering Microsoft's "Intelligent Cloud" mission. We're looking for a senior networking architect to technically lead and manage a team of engineers building the next generation of scale-up and scale-out networks for large-scale AI training and inference. You will own architecture, roadmap, and hands-on validation for Ethernet-based fabrics connecting accelerators, storage, and services across datacenter and cloud boundaries. The ideal candidate combines deep protocol expertise (Ethernet, RDMA/RoCEv2, congestion control) with strong leadership and a bias for measured results.
