The Opportunity

As our
Head of Corporate Communications
, you'll own the global narrative — leading strategy, brand reputation, media engagement, and executive communications across multiple regions (North America, Europe, and Asia).

You'll partner directly with our C-suite to tell the stories that inspire confidence: how we're powering global commerce, driving innovation in financial infrastructure, and building trust in an era of transformation.

What You'll Do

  • Lead global corporate communications strategy — across media, digital, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Build and manage relationships with global financial and tech media.
  • Craft and execute external and internal communications strategies that align with brand and business goals.
  • Support investor, regulatory, and public affairs communications.
  • Partner with executives and cross-functional teams to ensure message consistency and narrative impact.
  • Lead crisis and reputation management efforts with agility and transparency.
  • Mentor and grow a high-performing communications team across global regions.


What You'll Bring

  • 10+ years' experience in
    corporate communications
    ,
    public relations
    , or
    brand strategy
    , ideally within
    FinTech, financial services, or technology
    .
  • Exceptional storytelling and media-relations expertise — with strong journalist networks.
  • Proven ability to manage global communications and multi-market messaging.
  • Executive presence, credibility, and sound judgment under pressure.
