Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team. As Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting Blade Platforms LLC Logistics strategy by supporting all operational activities. Ensuring that all Projects are proactively organized, planned, managed, and tracked, you will have excellent communications skills.

Duties:

· Point of contact for all field-based technicians

· Liaising with our customers to ensure that they are aware of Project updates

· Being able to multi-task and deal with changing priorities are a key part of the role.

· Identify and address problems and opportunities for the Company

· Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and to ensure compliance is fully adhered to

· Scheduling and monitoring Projects through Job watch ensuring all deadlines are met.

· Assisting with project management by creating assignments, tracking progress, resolving issues.

· Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.

· Methodical about analyzing processes and systems to fully understand their functions.

. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

· Attend regular team meetings

Requirements:

-2 years supervisory experience

- Previous experience in a Operations role preferred

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Attention to detail and ability to proofread documents accurately

- Experience with project coordination

- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

  • This position is subject to a pre-employment MVR/Background and drug screen.
