Iconica is seeking a Construction Project Manager I to join our team

The Construction Project Manager I will play a vital role in supporting our construction management team and ensuring project success. In this position, you'll be responsible for:
  • Facilitating clear communication of project requirements, coordinating meetings, and interpreting construction documents.
  • Driving project outcomes through cost control and proactive risk management.
  • Supporting project quality by preparing monthly reports, reviewing subcontractor scopes of work, assessing shop drawings, and resolving punch list and warranty items.
  • Delivering on client commitments by managing schedules and safety initiatives.
  • Building strong, lasting relationships with clients and subcontractors.
Qualified candidates will have the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of one year of construction field experience (internships or co-op experience accepted).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); Procore experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High initiative and eagerness to learn.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
