Overview

Role Overview

The Enrollment Specialist will play a vital role in the success of the organization. They will assume responsibility for engaging and enrolling new participants into MyCharlie for AHC service level offerings. The Enrollment Specialist must manage the referral widget, outreach to engage new participants, and schedule or complete participant enrollments. Additionally, the Enrollment Specialist must ensure appropriate and/or physician ordered technology and medical peripheral devices are sent to the participant and education is provided to participant on its appropriate usage. The Enrollment Specialist is the initial point of contact with the participant on behalf of AHC and must meet the highest customer service standards, represent AHC and the AHC client well, and provide education to the participant on all AHC clinical programs, applications and devices. We prefer someone who can work full-time, and hours may be during day shift or evening hours.

The Enrollment Specialist must maintain a commitment to exceeding the expectations of

participants, their families, and the organization's team members as well as possessing a highly developed sense of compassion and dependability. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required to competently fulfill this position.

Key Responsibilities

· Ensure Participant Enrollment and Onboarding is completed per AHC protocol

· Ensure the ongoing management of the MyCharlie (or other) Referral Widget and Ring Central throughout the shift

· Ensure ongoing outreach to potential participants

· Schedule or complete participant enrollments

· Identify and ensure appropriate medical peripheral devices are ordered from Fulfillment timely

· Be able to provide all technical support for MyCharlie (or other) Application to ensure compliance with Participant App downloading, Terms of Service completion, and initial device readings

· Shift flexibility required, including evenings and weekend work based on business needs. Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated.

· Triages calls and requests from clients, families, and care givers according to established procedures and coordinates care with other internal departments, and outside agencies.

· Schedules enrollment appointments and support for telehealth devices and platform.

· Exceptional customer service and Technology skills are essential

· Effectively communicate with clients and significant others in diverse cultural and age groups to interview client, family members, and bystanders, and ability to discern deviations/changes in a client's condition and escalates to the appropriate leadership.

· This position is responsible for the coordination of all systems/services required for an organized, inter-professional and team approach. The Enrollment Specialist functions as advocate for the client, family, healthcare team members, and outside agencies to assure continuity of care.

· Documents the intake assessment completion and all communications in the LHR and other platforms as appropriate.

· Adheres to all company policies and procedures.

· Adherence to and compliance with information systems security is everyone's responsibility. It is the responsibility of every computer user to: Know and follow Information Systems security policies and procedures. Attend Information Systems security training, when offered. Report information systems security problems.

· Demonstrates clear understanding of AHC product offerings and client differences. Provides support to participants on the MyCharlie app, peripheral devices and the benefits of the program.

· Must be able to work independently and be self- motivated. Exceptional customer and technology skills are essential.

· Remote working is allowed. A space should be available that allows for absolutely no distractions. Mandatory office days will be required.

· Must successfully pass the company technical skills assessment.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

· Travel may be required.

Required Experience:

· Good customer service skills

· Inside Sales Experience preferred

· Experience in telephone triage and customer service.

· EMR (Electronic Medical Record) experience.
