About the Role

My client, a globally recognized technology company known for one of its most popular delivery and mobility platforms, is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support and scale GTM hiring across Delivery for two of the company's top verticals in the United States.

This role partners closely with recruiting and business leadership to understand complex sales talent needs, identify top candidates, and guide them through every stage of the hiring process. You'll help shape hiring strategies that drive high performance, improve efficiency, and elevate the overall candidate experience.

What You'll Do


• Partner with key stakeholders to drive alignment and collaboration throughout the recruiting process (strategy sessions, kickoff meetings, sourcing syncs, and panel prep).


• Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume sales roles, from sourcing through offer stage, maintaining exceptional candidate engagement throughout.


• Evaluate recruitment performance and deliver actionable insights on hiring velocity, conversion rates, and pipeline quality.


• Build and refine job descriptions and hiring processes, leveraging insights on interviewer capabilities and required competencies.


• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, compensation, and business teams to ensure hiring plans align with organizational goals.

Qualifications


• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on sales or GTM roles.


• Proven ability to manage high-volume pipelines and execute against aggressive hiring plans.


• Strong experience partnering with senior business leaders and adapting to fast-paced, high-growth environments.


• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (e.g., iCIMS or similar) and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau or equivalent).
