About Us:

Wene Automotive is a growing pre-owned car dealership located in Metairie, Louisiana. We take pride in offering quality vehicles and a friendly, no-pressure buying experience. We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Car Salesperson who can help our diverse clients find the right car for their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in person, online, and over the phone.
• Understand customer needs and match them with the right vehicle.
• Present and demonstrate cars, explaining features and benefits.
• Guide customers through financing and paperwork with accuracy.
• Follow up with leads from online platforms, phone calls, and walk-ins.
• Maintain product knowledge on current inventory and promotions.
• Ensure the lot and showroom vehicles are clean and well-presented.

Qualifications:

• Must speak Spanish and English fluently.
• Sales or customer service experience (automotive preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and strong motivation to achieve goals.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Ability to work weekends or evenings when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $1,200.00 per week
