JOB SUMMARY:
Riverview Healthcare Center
is currently seeking a dedicated
HR and Scheduling Coordinator
to oversee employee records, perform employee file audits, ensure personnel record compliance, coordinate new hire orientation and maintain a clear and concise clinical schedule for the community in accordance with established policies and processes. Responsible for coordinating and scheduling resident transportation.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Maintain all current and termed employee files and employee health files.
• Responsible for recruitment, recruiting system documentation, interviewing and onboarding of new staff.
• Process all background checks in a timely manner and responsibly notify hiring managers of any adverse reports.
• Conduct new hire orientation and ensure all new hire procedures are completed according to both state and federal LTC/SNF regulatory practices.
• Manage the overall schedule for the clinical team, including call-outs, PTO requested dates, and any external staffing needs in coordination with leadership.
• Address and resolve any scheduling conflicts and challenges in a timely manner.
• Interface with VSO payroll and HR Department.

Education, Licensure, & Experience Requirements

• Required: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Required: Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care environment experience
• Preferred: Clinical scheduling experience (scheduling nurses, CNAs, etc.)
