As the Director of Client Solutions at RXO, your main priority will be managing client expectations and ensuring we meet/exceed their service requirements. You'll also focus on consistently delivering world-class customer service and ensuring a long-lasting and positive working relationship with our customers.

What Your Day-to-day Will Look Like

  • Communicates with Clients and RXO Last Mile stakeholders
  • Conduct strategic account reviews with all assigned Clients to review service needs and usage trends
  • Identify products and pricing that meet Client needs and business objectives
  • Provides pricing quotes when requested for specific individual special projects or jobs
  • Conduct Rate Reviews/Billing disputes and credits with strategic Clients upon request
  • Ensure Clients are familiar with RXO services and consultative abilities
  • Holds frequent meetings to keep projects on-time, on-budget and resources on-task
  • Work with Clients to coordinate and facilitate effective tests and start-ups
  • Reviews performance results with clients and company operations managers
  • Communicates Client service issues between client and company operations departments
  • Develop and maintain strong executive level relationships with all key operational managers
  • Communicates with other Last Mile resources to achieve objectives
  • Holds frequent Client meetings to review customer service metrics and delivery coverage compliance
  • Develops and monitors project financials, resource requirements and risk profiles
  • Document Client compliance expectations and records of performance
  • Develops SMART goals associated with the mission and objectives for all participants

What You'll Need To Excel
At a minimum, you'll need:

  • 7 years in account management or related field
  • Advanced-level user of Windows applications and Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

It'd Be Great If You Also Have

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
  • Thorough knowledge of internal company software applications applicable to position/business unit
  • Acts as subject matter expert and provides training, troubleshooting and other support for software applications managed by business unit (i.e., COGNOS, FIS, Incentive Scorecards)
  • Understands and is familiar with the most widely known and emerging tools, technologies, and social applications
