Your Schedule

Evenings and weekends are some of our busiest times, so flexibility is key. The upside? You'll always have plenty of clients in your chair and steady opportunities to build your book.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Consult with clients and deliver cuts, fades, color, and shaves that make them feel their best
  • Strengthen your barbering skills and expand your craft
  • Offer the Floyd's experience with neck shaves, shoulder massages, & massaging shampoos
  • Build lasting client relationships while growing your career

What We're Looking For

  • Active Florida barber or cosmetology license
  • Passion for service, creativity, and community
  • Reliable, motivated, and ready to thrive in a busy shop
  • Flexibility to work nights & weekends
  • A love for short cuts, fades, and precision styling
