In this role, you will:

  • Work directly with our senior leadership team and partner with other Centric practice leads on strategy development, assessments, operational improvements, and execution.
  • Provide expertise and content marketing to increase sales and delivery of business consulting solutions for the Detroit market.
  • Prioritize goals and implement strategies to achieve company projects as part of the leadership team.

Business Development

  • Drive direct sales efforts and enablement across the Operating Group (OG).
  • Provide sales leadership on all key consulting pursuits and will be expected to exhibit superior thought leadership throughout the sales life cycle.
  • Increase revenue for this OG by identifying sales opportunities and managing the sales process through contract execution. This includes functioning in a collaborative team approach during pursuits while understanding how to deliver end-to-end programs that deliver strategic value.
  • Grow Centric's presence in the market, broaden the network of relationships, be an advocate for our brand, and help to educate companies about our full-service offerings.

Practice Management

  • Participate in and support National Practice projects, methodology, tools, best practices, knowledge sharing, and events; build a local delivery team through recruiting, mentoring, and developing local talent and operating group resources; maximize team performance through a team approach that increases productivity and job satisfaction.
  • Set an account strategy and goals and provide leadership to ensure the team achieves the planned goals.

Who You Are:

  • Experience building a growing business with entrepreneurship that helps us break into new accounts and grow them with our team.
  • A strategic relationship builder with existing meaningful relationships with senior leaders within the Southeastern Michigan area. Centric enjoys lasting relationships with our clients, so we are looking for someone who enjoys building meaningful, long-lasting relationships.
  • Experience in establishing and growing accounts through strong account management practices.
  • Active in our community, finding new and creative ways to continue building your network and find new business opportunities to pursue.
  • Assess client needs, identify omissions and gaps, and design solutions.
  • Experience writing, negotiating, and completing contracts and agreements.
  • Proven experience providing consulting/technology services and project management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with a variety of methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is desirable.
  • Identify important resource needs and staffing and managing team members.
  • Experience developing financial plans, managing financial goals, and responsibility for organizational or departmental P&L.
