About the Role:

We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Appointment Setter & Follow-Up Specialist to help manage daily customer interactions and keep our operations running smoothly. If you're organized, comfortable speaking with customers, and good with simple admin tasks, this role is a great fit.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact inbound and outbound leads to schedule sales appointments
  • Answer customer phone calls professionally and route as needed
  • Log all customer interactions in HubSpot CRM
  • Scan and organize paperwork into our digital system
  • Create delivery notes, shipping labels, and basic order documentation
  • Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Comfortable using CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a bonus)
  • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Must be able to work on-site at our Carrollton, TX location

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
