We're preparing Exterior Sales Leaders and Senior Sales Representatives to join a company that handles the difficult operational work in-house — so our sales team can do what they do best: sell and serve homeowners.

Our sales professionals don't spend their time ordering materials, coordinating crews, or chasing down job schedules. Our production and operations teams handle all that for you. You focus on generating new business, helping customers, and maximizing your income — and we take care of everything behind the scenes to ensure your projects run smoothly.

We provide all the equipment and resources you need, including an iPad, inspection tools, branded materials, and ongoing training so you can confidently represent one of the most trusted exterior companies in the region.

Your Role

As a Senior Sales Rep or Field Leader, you'll work directly with homeowners, inspecting properties, explaining options, and helping them through the roofing, siding, window, gutter, or deck restoration process.

For those stepping into leadership, you'll help guide and support newer sales reps in the field — making sure they have the skills and direction they need to succeed. You'll focus on growth, communication, and teamwork — not paperwork and logistics.

We're preparing our 2026 sales teams now, so this is the perfect time to join, train, and start earning through the winter while positioning yourself for a leadership role next spring.

Winter Work & Pay Structure

We understand that winter slows down other companies — but not Crown Exteriors. We're expanding our marketing campaigns and community outreach through the colder months to keep our reps busy and paid.

We ask our sales team to dedicate at least 20 hours per week to direct homeowner outreach — visiting properties we've already identified as older or damaged — while we also feed leads from our ongoing marketing efforts.

To ensure financial stability and motivation through the winter:

  • Draws are available if needed.
  • Reps who generate consistent business can earn $3,000+ monthly bonuses for hitting self-generated customer goals.
  • The most successful reps and leaders typically help produce 8-15 projects per month across their team, resulting in average monthly incomes of $12,000–$25,000, depending on experience and performance.
