Description

As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will lead all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage multiple concurrent construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and procurement strategies
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams
  • Lead subcontractor selection, negotiation, and performance management
  • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve challenges
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies
  • Maintain accurate documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and reports
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development
  • Support business development and client relationship management
  • Collaborate with field leadership to ensure seamless execution

Profile

Ideal Senior Project Manager candidates will bring:

  • Excellent experience in commercial construction project management
  • Experience with healthcare, commercial, or mission-critical projects preferred
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, budgeting, and trade coordination
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (not required)
  • OSHA certification and additional training a plus
