Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Expo / Food Runner to join our dynamic team. The Expo position plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their meals promptly and with exceptional service. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for food service, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in food handling and customer service, contributing to an outstanding dining experience.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver food from the kitchen to the dining area in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that all orders are accurate and presented beautifully.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in food service or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to cooking and food preparation.
  • Experience in hotel or banquet settings is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift items as necessary.
