Our non-invasive spa prioritizes clinical efficacy and proven methodologies to ensure results that go beyond surface-level enhancements, fostering holistic skin health by addressing underlying tissue concerns.

Our comprehensive range of services targets a variety of skin conditions, including acne and acne scarring, rosacea, dryness, hyperpigmentation, excess oil production, UV/sun damage, premature aging, hair loss, and more.

We are looking for a driven, sales-minded individual who brings a positive attitude and a vibe that resonates with our clients while delivering high-quality skincare. We stay current with the latest developments in the skincare industry by requiring and providing access to training events, esthetic conferences, and advanced certifications.

Qualifications:

• Licensed esthetician in Ohio.
• Prior work experience of at least 2 years in spas, salons, or med spas is REQUIRED. Candidates new from school or without prior spa experience will not be considered at this time. This ensures a smooth transition and immediate earning potential. Our spa provides an upscale setting, premium skincare services, and strong marketing support to help you continue growing your clientele while offering top-tier service.
• 2 years Experience in facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and dermaplaning is required.
• Must be willing to learn the sugaring hair removal process and be comfortable performing services on all body parts, including the Brazilian area.
• Openness to acquiring new techniques, participating in training sessions, and pursuing advanced certifications.
• Excellent knowledge of various skin types, conditions, and treatments, with the ability to analyze individual client needs and provide personalized skincare recommendations.
• Experience with retail sales of skincare products, with the ability to recommend appropriate products and packages to clients based on needs.
• Prior experience with the Meevo scheduling system and Eminence Organics and IMAGE Skincare is a plus.
• Ability to book clients, checkout clients, and promote spa's specials, packages, and special events.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized treatment room, adhering to established safety and sanitation procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and evenings.
• Must be reliable, professional, and punctual.
• Must perform general cleaning duties as assigned.
• Participate in monthly meetings 2 x a month via Zoom and In Person.
• Social Media Engagement Requirement:

We are looking for an esthetician who actively engages with their audience on social media to promote services, educate clients, and grow their personal brand. Candidates should:

• Maintain an active and professional social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
• Regularly share skincare tips, service highlights, before-and-after photos (with client consent), and promotional content.
• Engage with followers by responding to messages, comments, and inquiries in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with our spa's marketing team to align social media efforts with our brand and promotions.
• Utilize social media to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Certification in additional skincare treatments or techniques is a plus.
• Pay to begin at $20.00 hourly wage for a 3 month training period (negotiable) or 1099
