Job Overview

As a Guest Service Team Member, you will be the vibrant face of our Guest Services team, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive. You will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences by providing exceptional customer service and managing front desk operations. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help foster positive guest relations, making their time with us enjoyable and seamless.

What you'll do

  • Greet guests with a warm smile and assist them with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency, striving to exceed their expectations.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems to answer calls promptly, providing information about the hotel's services and amenities.
  • Conduct Opening/Closing procedures to ensure all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date, maintaining integrity in reporting.
  • Housekeeping to ensure guest stations/rooms are ready for arrivals.
  • Process reservations accurately while utilizing salon software to maintain organized records of bookings, personal data, etc

Basic qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills with a passion for guest interaction.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual or multilingual skills are highly preferred.

Preferred qualifications

  • Previous experience or familiarity with guest services operations is advantageous.
  • Proficient in phone etiquette and capable of handling multi-line phone systems efficiently.
  • Experience in guest services or front desk operations is a plus.
