Job Title: Computer Electronics Repair / Service Technician

Job Summary:

Leading Electronics, inc. has been in business for over 30 years. We have 2 locations - Williamsport and Selinsgrove, PA. Our Williamsport store services up to a 50 mile radius from Williamsport. Our Service Technicians work on gaming consoles, electronics, and computer systems that customers bring into our stores. Also, our Service Technicians go to customer locations to install, troubleshoot and repair both equipment and software. Leading Electronics sells and supports computer systems, phone systems, and security systems.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Main Duty - Surface Mount Soldering using Trinocular Stereo Zoom Microscope
  • Telephone / Tablet Screen Repair
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair game consoles, tablets, phones, and other electronic equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with customers in order to ensure overall customer satisfaction with each service visit. Developing and maintaining relationships with customers.
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating system - Apple Mac operating system also a plus
  • Accurate and timely documentation of all activities
  • Able to work along and independently without supervision
  • Perform additional related duties as required
  • Follow company policies, procedures, work instructions and laws governing the workplace

Required:

  • Be able to lift objects up to 50lbs

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
