Sales Account Executive

Overview
The Account Executive is responsible for generating ticket revenue through season memberships, partial plans, and group sales. This role is ideal for a driven, competitive salesperson who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and wants to build a career in professional sports.
Responsibilities
- Sell
Season Memberships, Partial Plans, and Group Tickets - Prospect new business through outbound calls, referrals, and lead follow-up
- Manage client activity and pipeline in
CRM (Salesforce or similar) - Present seating options and close sales using the ticketing platform
- Schedule and conduct in-person and virtual sales appointments
- Meet or exceed sales and activity goals
- Build strong client relationships to support retention and upsell opportunities
- Participate in sales meetings, events, and game-day responsibilities
- Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1–2 years of sales experience preferred (sports ticket sales a plus)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound sales activity
- Organized, motivated, and results-driven
- Experience with
Salesforce, Paciolan, or similar systems
preferred - Willingness to work non-traditional hours
