Overview

The Account Executive is responsible for generating ticket revenue through season memberships, partial plans, and group sales. This role is ideal for a driven, competitive salesperson who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and wants to build a career in professional sports.

Responsibilities

  • Sell
    Season Memberships, Partial Plans, and Group Tickets
  • Prospect new business through outbound calls, referrals, and lead follow-up
  • Manage client activity and pipeline in
    CRM (Salesforce or similar)
  • Present seating options and close sales using the ticketing platform
  • Schedule and conduct in-person and virtual sales appointments
  • Meet or exceed sales and activity goals
  • Build strong client relationships to support retention and upsell opportunities
  • Participate in sales meetings, events, and game-day responsibilities
  • Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and events

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1–2 years of sales experience preferred (sports ticket sales a plus)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound sales activity
  • Organized, motivated, and results-driven
  • Experience with
    Salesforce, Paciolan, or similar systems
    preferred
  • Willingness to work non-traditional hours
