Who we are looking for:

Patner Construction Inc. is looking for highly motivated and engaged employees who love construction; someone who wants to grow with us and leave a lasting legacy on the Washington DC landscape. We are currently in search of a Superintendent to join our Fairfax, VA office.

Essential responsibilities include:

· Manage coordination and daily activities on the project site.

· Deliver projects on time and within budget while achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality.

· Responsible for Quality Control.

· Schedule and manage all subcontractors and assure projects are built according to plans and specifications.

· Maintain project schedule.

· Responsible for site safety in accordance with all local, state and federal standards.

· Coordinate with building management for deliveries, after hours work and utility tie ins.

· Project close-out and punch-list completion.

Qualifications, skills and abilities include;

· Must have at least 4 years' experience managing commercial construction projects.

· High school diploma required.

· Ability to read construction drawings

· Ability to build and maintain good relationships with clients, building owners, building managers, consultants, architects, employees

· Professional demeanor.

· Strong subcontractor relations.

· Excellent safety record.

· Proven track record of bringing projects to finish on time with customer approval.
