Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare technology sector, is seeking a dedicated and technically proficient Technical Support Representative to join their dynamic team. As a Technical Support Representative, you will be an essential part of the Customer Support Department supporting end users with technical issues. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a customer-first attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Respond promptly and professionally to user inquiries via phone, providing first-level technical support.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues related to pharmacy applications and enterprise systems.
  • Set clear expectations for follow-up if issues cannot be resolved during the initial contact.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate teams, ensuring thorough documentation and timely follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions using the help desk ticketing system to ensure continuous support quality.

What's Needed?

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a technical support or help desk environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and common enterprise applications.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Salesforce, Jira, or Confluence.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
