Doyle Security Services, Inc. (DSS) is seeking an experienced Security Officer in the Staten Island area.

PAY RATE: $17.50- $18.00 per hour

SCHEDULE AVAILABLE:

  • Tuesday - Thursday , Friday & Saturday 2200 – 0600

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Securing premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
  • Reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures
  • Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
  • Tasks assigned by supervisor or manager

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have a Valid Drivers License in good standing
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • High School Diploma / GED required.
  • 5-7 Year U.S. work history may be required.
  • Valid NYS Security Guard License.
  • Must be able to understand the English language and communicate effectively in both the verbal and written form.
  • Must be physically able to perform the tasks required by the position.
  • Military experience a plus
  • Protective security experience a plus.
  • Must have a valid driver's license in good standing
