What You'll Do:
As a Site Coordinator, you'll manage the day-to-day operations of the program, providing leadership and support to staff while creating a positive, engaging environment for children. Every day is filled with rewarding experiences like:
- Helping children unwind after school with snacks and fun activities.
- Assisting with homework and leading exciting STEM adventures.
- Inspiring creativity with cooking and craft activities.
- Supervising outdoor games and sports.
- Building relationships with families and ensuring program quality.

- No Evenings or Weekends Enjoy a balanced schedule with after-school hours, typically 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM. Some sites offer morning hours as well.)

Qualifications:
- Experience working with children (formal or informal, such as coaching or volunteer work).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A passion for creating a fun, supportive environment for kids.
- Experience in a supervisory role within a child care or education environment is appreciated.
