Key Functions Of The Role

  • Helping manage regional team of floating specialists as well as aiding site-level supervisors in growth and training
  • Performing service requests at various properties in the Indianapolis Metro: preventable service calls, reducing emergency calls, and identifying and communicating potential for large expenditures
  • Reading and following a digital make-ready board and performing quality punch work to produce apartments that meet the standards of our company and our residents
  • Being a great team member by exhibiting will and skill
  • Practicing self-accountability to do great work and accepting praise and feedback from a Supervisor
  • Recognizing the need for training exists and participating in on the job training as well as supporting online training initiatives
  • Ability to be on-call for emergencies in rotation with other team members as well as able to come in outside of scheduled business hours for snow and ice removal activities

  • Communicative = understanding that consistent meetings with the Property Manager and your own team are important. Also, responsiveness is critical.
  • Reliability and Predictability = team members need to be able to count on one another, and those who report to you need to be able to predict how you'll react to issues or concerns - with grace and professionalism.
  • Organization = we'll make sure you have the tools you need to stay organized and keep everyone on the same page. We use TEAMS and also mobile facilities management apps to keep service requests, make ready boards, preventative maintenance plans and and inspections in one place.

Candidates must have a valid US Driver's License and a vehicle to use.
