Job Summary
The primary responsibility of this role is to lead the design, development, and global implementation of CARE's Human Capital Management (HCM) system (Oracle Core HR), including organizational readiness, data governance, and process standardization across 50+ business units. In this role, the individual will partner and establish relationships by building trust with internal and external stakeholders and develop/execute strategies and coordinate activities with other critical functional areas of CARE (including Supply Chain, Finance, Digital, Programs, External Vendors and Partners). They will also have to ensure that these multi-year organizational transformation investment projects provide the necessary preparation for a HCM global implementation and that any other preparatory work is carried out that will set HCM up for success.
The successful candidate must have experience in transforming a P&C function in a commercial or development/ humanitarian sector. The candidate must be a self-starter who has a solid business acumen with proven skills in driving key initiatives with external and internal partners. They should be pragmatic, strategic, and solution focused.
