About the Role:
Fozzy's Bar & Grill in Franklin is putting together a small team of outgoing, creative people who love social media, short-form videos, and the local bar/restaurant scene. If you enjoy filming TikToks or Reels, grabbing fun food/drink content, and being around high-energy events — this gig is right up your alley.
This is a flexible, part-time content creator and brand ambassador role. No professional experience required — just personality, consistency, and a solid understanding of TikTok/Instagram culture.
Must be 21+ due to filming in alcohol-service areas and around bar environments.What You'll Do
- Create short, authentic food/drink videos inside Fozzy's
- Capture nightlife vibes, happy hour, karaoke, DJ nights, trivia, and events
- Post 3-4 TikToks or Reels per week
- Show off your personality, friends, and lifestyle in a way that fits your style
- Help bring new people in by showcasing what Fozzy's offers
- Optional: be featured on Fozzy's own pages
- Give input on trends, sounds, and ideas you think would hit locally
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being social, hanging out with friends, and creating fun content.

- Reliable with posting and communication

Schedule & Hours
Flexible. You choose when you film. Great for creators, students, hospitality workers, gig workers, or anyone wanting extra income doing something fun and social.
