Responsibilities
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated AI Research Intern to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about artificial intelligence and eager to explore cutting-edge technologies. The intern will contribute to research on upcoming AI features, Microsoft Azure technologies, MS Copilot, and MS Power BI. Additionally, exposure to Python programming and experience with large language models (LLMs) like ChatGPT or Gemini is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on emerging AI features and technologies.
  • Explore and analyze Microsoft Azure technologies, MS Copilot, MS Power BI, and RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) architecture.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop insights and recommendations.
  • Assist in the documentation and presentation of research findings.
  • Engage in continuous learning to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
  • Support the team in various tasks related to AI initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, MS Copilot, and MS Power BI.
  • Experience with Python programming is a plus.
  • Exposure to ChatGPT, Gemini, or equivalent LLM products is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation for this role is $24.00. The actual pay offered may be higher or lower. The Company complies with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Base pay is one part of our Total Rewards program. Non-exempt roles are eligible for irregular discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance. Note: programs are subject to eligibility requirements.
