Our client, a highly regarded boutique law firm in Beverly Hills, is expanding its Trust & Estates and Probate practice and is seeking two experienced paralegals

What You'll Handle: (Either T&E side or Probate side)

  • Drafting wills, trusts, amendments, codicils, and related estate planning documents
  • Preparing trust administration documents and timelines
  • Overseeing post-death administration, including asset marshaling and notifications
  • Drafting probate pleadings, petitions, inventories, and accountings
  • Coordinating valuations of real property, business interests, and personal assets
  • Managing the sale or transfer of real estate and complex assets
  • Tracking deadlines, court requirements, compliance matters, and statutory notices
  • Preparing court filings and e-filings for probate and trust petitions
  • Reviewing bank statements, tax returns, and financial documents for accuracy

Qualifications:

B.A. and Paralegal certificate

At least five years CA experience in either Trust & Estates or Probate
