Pay Rate: $21.43/hr. W2 All Inclusive

Hours: 40 hours/week

Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (flexible)

Preferred Start Date: ASAP

JOB SUMMARY

The HealthPlan Administrative Support Analyst (UM/PA) is responsible for providing administrative and data entry support for Utilization Management (UM) prior authorization workflows. This role includes processing and routing Prior Authorization (PA) requests, working within systems such as Facets, Filebound, and Jira, and conducting outbound notification calls to providers and members. The position is 100% onsite in Mason, OH and supports client operations.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Perform administrative and data entry tasks related to UM prior authorization requests.

· Process, track, and manage Prior Authorization (PA) requests in Facets, Filebound, and Jira.

· Make outbound notification calls to members and providers.

· Maintain accuracy, completeness, and data integrity in all documentation.

· Support (UM) Utilization Management Operations, especially during state program go-lives (Kansas, Florida, Michigan).

· Work within established turnaround times and compliance requirements.

REQUIRED SKILLS (MANDATORY)

· Data entry experience

· Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office

· Accuracy and attention to detail

· Ability to multitask

· Strong critical thinking skills

PREFERRED SKILLS (NICE-TO-HAVE)

· Prior authorization (PA) experience

· HealthFirst & Anthem PA experience

· Familiarity with Utilization Management (UM) workflows

· Provider/member communication experience

Knowledge of Facets, Filebound, Jira
