We are working with a home improvement client who is seeking a motivated and professional Call Center Representative to join our growing exterior home improvement team. This role focuses on handling inbound customer inquiries and making outbound calls to follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and support our sales process.
If you enjoy speaking with homeowners, have strong communication skills, and are comfortable on the phone, this is a great opportunity to grow with a stable and expanding company.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from homeowners interested in exterior home improvement services
- Make outbound calls to follow up on warm leads and confirm appointments
- Schedule consultations and inspections for the sales team
- Provide basic information about services, promotions, and next steps
- Accurately enter and update customer information in the CRM system
- Maintain a friendly, professional, and helpful phone presence
- Meet daily and weekly call and appointment-setting goals
Qualifications
- Ability to work 8am-2pm M-F and a Saturday 10am-2pm shift (potential flexibility)
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Comfortable making and receiving a high volume of calls
- Customer service or call center experience preferred (but not required)
- Reliable, organized, and goal-oriented
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM software
- Experience in home improvement, construction, or sales is a plus
