Inside Account Manager – Promotional Products & Corporate Apparel

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with a proven track record in sales and account management in the B2B arena. This role demands a high level of professionalism, strategic acumen, and operational precision. The successful candidate will be fully accountable for managing client relationships, overseeing order execution, and driving revenue growth through consultative selling and expert-level sales presentations.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary liaison for a portfolio of corporate clients including marketing and event managers, human resource managers, and executive level decision makers
  • Cultivate long-term relationships through proactive engagement and strategic consultation
  • Ensure client satisfaction through timely communication and high-touch service delivery

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned with client objectives
  • Deliver professional, persuasive sales presentations tailored to client needs
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, product innovations, and competitive dynamics

Order Fulfillment & Project Management

  • Manage the full lifecycle of client orders, from quoting and entry to delivery and post-sale follow-up
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure flawless execution
  • Maintain detailed records of client designs, specifications, and order history

Operational Excellence

  • Navigate tight deadlines and complex project requirements with composure and accuracy
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage pipeline, track performance, and maintain client data integrity
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across sales operations and client service

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in account management or B2B sales, preferably within promotional products, apparel, or related industries
  • Demonstrated success in managing high-value accounts and exceeding sales targets
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Deep understanding of promotional product and corporate apparel/ fashion trends
  • Proficiency in Adobe products (Photoshop/Illustrator)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
