Inside Sales Representative

Location: Miami, FL (On-site – Doral area)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-time | No weekends

Pay: $21/HR Base + Commission ($1,000–$4,500/month potential)

This is a high-volume outbound sales role where you'll engage warm and cold leads, working with small business owners to help them secure funding solutions that support their growth.

What You'll Do

  1. Make 80+ outbound calls per day using a dialer (calls to warm/cold B2B leads)
  2. Speak with merchants who have worked with us before or recently showed interest through our website
  3. Present financial programs and guide prospects through the sales process
  4. Handle objections, close deals, and build long-term client relationships
  5. Track activity in Salesforce CRM

What We're Looking For

  1. 2+ years of inside sales, call center, or closing experience preferred
  2. Comfortable in a high-call-volume, commission-driven setting
  3. Strong communicator with goal-oriented mindset
  4. Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments
  5. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus
