Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Marketing Officer, based in Philadelphia, PA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The CMO will oversee the company's marketing strategies, lead market research, and develop innovative campaigns to promote the organization's brand and services. Responsibilities include creating comprehensive marketing plans, managing public relations efforts, fostering partnerships, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve revenue growth. The successful candidate will also analyze market data to identify trends, refine strategies, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Market Planning and Market Research to develop strategies based on in-depth analysis and consumer insights
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Public Relations to manage the organization's brand and communication effectively
  • Proven ability in Marketing Management and leadership to execute strategies and achieve business objectives
  • Experience in Sales and generating revenue through impactful marketing campaigns
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with marketing technologies, analytics tools, and CRM systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Prior experience in asset management or financial services is highly beneficial

The starting salary ranges from $80k to $120k base, with an incentive plan and a generous 30-day PTO package.
