Community Engagement Coordinator

Job Duties

Event Coordination

  • Confirm RSVPs and maintain accurate event attendance lists.
  • Handle event set-up, tear-down, and clean-up.
  • Coordinate patient scheduling for in-office workshops, open houses, and special events.
  • Support team members during events to ensure smooth flow and positive patient experiences.

Patient Engagement & Experience

  • Interact with patients in-office throughout the week, creating a welcoming and positive environment.
  • Encourage and collect patient referrals.
  • Request and organize patient testimonials (written and video) to share success stories.
  • Answer basic event- or service-related questions and direct patients to the appropriate team member.

Social Media & Patient Education Support

  • Help maintain and update social media content geared toward current patients, focusing on education, enrichment, and connection.
  • Assist with posting patient-centered content such as:
  • Wellness education and chiropractic/nutrition tips
  • Healthy recipes and lifestyle encouragement
  • Event reminders, workshops, and in-office offerings
  • Behind-the-scenes and community highlights (as appropriate)
  • Collect photos, short videos, and testimonials (with consent) to support authentic social media engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with the center's voice, values, and current initiatives.

Marketing & Materials Support

  • Create, print, and stock physical marketing materials (flyers, brochures, event handouts).
  • Maintain visibility of current promotions, events, and workshops in designated office areas.
  • Ensure event signage and displays are current, professional, and inviting.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to distribute materials both in-office and externally when needed.

Administrative & Support

  • Track event attendance and patient engagement data for review.
  • Provide feedback on event success and areas for improvement.
  • Assist with reminder calls, texts, or emails related to upcoming events.
  • Support the overall mission of the center by helping patients connect with appropriate services (chiropractic, nutrition, massage, weight loss, or modalities).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
