Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM (hours may vary)

Position Overview



We're seeking an experienced Quality Inspector & CMM Operator to join a precision manufacturing team in Tulsa. The Quality Inspector & CMM Operator ensures every product meets exact engineering and customer specifications through detailed inspections and accurate documentation. This is a hands-on role requiring precision, accountability, and strong technical expertise in quality systems and CMM operation.



Key Responsibilities




• Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections using precision measuring equipment.

• Document inspection results, non-conformances, and job data within JobBoss.

• Operate and maintain Zeiss G2 CMM and other precision tools to ensure accuracy.

• Interpret blueprints and GD&T specifications to validate part conformance.

• Collaborate with engineering and production to resolve quality issues quickly.

• Support continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and inefficiencies.



Requirements




• 2+ years of inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.

• 2+ years of CMM operation/programming experience (Zeiss/Calypso preferred).

• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T skills.

• Experience with AS9100 systems and calibration practices.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general computer operations.

• CMM certification preferred; NDT or Weld Inspector certifications are a plus.

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or degree preferred).



Physical Requirements




• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.

• Comfortable standing and walking for long periods during inspections.
