Growing pediatric clinic seeking a full time Behavior Technician to join the small ABA department. We provide services in an interdisciplinary environment to foster our patient's success including physical, speech, feeding, occupational, and ABA services. Patient's ages range from 0-21 years old with a wide range of diagnoses including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, developmental delays, and other genetic conditions. All team members have access to a large gym with sensory equipment, smaller gym, craft room, and sensory room along with smaller rooms to see patient's 1 on 1.

Behavior Technician

Responsibilities:

- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior

- Complete SOAP notes for every treatment session

- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment goals

- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistency in treatment approach

- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

-Must obtain Registered Behavior Technician certification (paid training provided), if not already certified

- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities preferred

- Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and implement strategies effectively

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Reliable transportation

- Ability to pass a background check
