About the Opportunity

Agape Comfort Care Solutions is seeking polished, discreet Registered Nurses (RNs) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for an upscale, private-duty concierge assignment in Avon, CT. This role provides one-on-one support to a medically stable client with long-standing emotional and behavioral health needs. Nurses who thrive in elegant private homes, maintain a refined presence, and deliver exceptional emotional support will excel in this position.

Ideal candidates bring experience in private-duty, behavioral health, or estate household care and understand the professionalism, appearance, and discretion required when caring for high-profile or high-net-worth clients.

Core Responsibilities

  • Provide calm, steady, high-touch support within an upscale residential home
  • Monitor behavioral patterns, emotional responses, and wellness indicators
  • Offer grounding communication and reassurance during periods of anxiety
  • Support daily structure, nutrition, hydration, and wellness routines
  • Drive the client safely to local appointments and wellness activities
  • Document daily notes thoroughly and communicate observations to the care manager
  • Maintain confidentiality, privacy, and a low-profile, service-first presence
  • Represent Agape with elegance, warmth, and polished professionalism

Qualifications

  • Active RN or LPN license in Connecticut
  • Behavioral health, psych, or private-duty home care experience strongly preferred
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • CPR certification
  • Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a rotating schedule
  • Professional demeanor, strong boundaries, and discretion
  • Open to a brief video interview as part of the selection process

Pay: $ $33.50 per hour
