Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement innovative process technologies to improve product quality and reduce production costs.
Serve as an expert in the fabrication of technology, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
Design next-generation processes to meet evolving market demands and enhance product performance.
Lead product development projects, ensuring alignment with market requirements and business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, engineering, marketing, and technical functions, to facilitate successful project execution.
Analyze and troubleshoot existing processes, identifying areas for optimization and efficiency gains.
Document and communicate project progress, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in process engineering.
Participate in training and mentoring junior engineers and team members.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
1 to 3 years of experience in process development or engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of process engineering principles and methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficient in relevant engineering software and tools.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and presenting findings.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Compensation:
- $80,000 - $90,000 annual
- Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
