We are continually seeking enthusiastic Assistant Community Managers for potential future opportunities at our Richmond, VA properties. This is an "evergreen" position created to build a strong applicant pool of skilled candidates who may be considered for upcoming vacancies as they become available.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leasing Magic: Help future residents find their perfect home by guiding them through the leasing process, showing apartments, and assisting with lease signings.

Organized and Efficient: Maintain accurate, well-organized files in line with all guidelines and requirements.

Rent Rockstar: Support on-time rent collection and assist residents with questions or concerns—always with a positive attitude.

Maintenance Hero: Coordinate and follow up on work orders to ensure repairs and requests are handled promptly and efficiently.

Customer Service Extraordinaire: Deliver top-tier, face-to-face customer service to ensure every resident feels heard, supported, and valued.

Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, reports, and day-to-day operational tasks that keep things running smoothly.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience providing face-to-face customer service in roles such as hospitality, retail, front desk, or similar environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  • A friendly, approachable attitude and a passion for helping people.
  • Willingness to learn property-specific requirements. Knowledge of tax credit properties and compliance is a plus but not required.
  • Comfort using computer systems or learning new software.
