What You'll Do:
- Lead and support the front desk team in check-ins, check-outs, and guest service requests
- Provide training for new hires and reinforce resort policies and procedures
- Greet and direct guests with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Resolve and follow up on guest complaints or issues promptly
- Track and respond to online reviews and concerns on platforms like Google, TripAdvisor, Expedia, and RCI
- Assist other departments as needed to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate logs, courtesy calls, and follow-ups for maintenance requests
- Uphold quality standards, company policies, and a safe, welcoming environment
What We're Looking For:
- 3–5 years of hospitality experience (timeshare or resort management experience preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in computer software, especially Excel and Word
- High school diploma or GED required
- Flexible availability including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
