Project Scheduler, Journeyman

Primary Duties:
- Develop, maintain, and refine Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) in MS Project utilizing program team input and project documentation including inputs and dependencies from master project/subproject integration.
- Review or evaluate project documentation such as Statements of Work (SOW), Integrated Master Plans (IMP), contractor Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
- Facilitate meetings in support of schedule processes, which include various project stakeholders.
- Status schedules on a routine basis, identify, evaluate and present critical path analysis, and analyze schedule data to identify resource constraints and risks.
- Format and present schedule information and data using MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and OnePager Pro.
This role offers a hybrid schedule, with 16–24 on-site hours per week distributed among client locations and contractor sites in Patuxent River, MD; Lexington Park, MD; and California, MD. The remaining hours may be worked remotely.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of scheduling fundamentals, including Critical Path Method, with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Project
- Ability to multitask and meet competing deliverable deadlines
- Microsoft Office suite proficiency, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree in technical, scientific, or business discipline and 3+ years of experience developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules and reporting on project status and performance metrics OR Associate's degree and 7+ years of experience developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules and reporting on project status and performance metrics OR High School diploma and 9+ years of experience developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules and reporting on project status and performance metrics.
- At least 1 year of experience utilizing Microsoft Project to build and maintain project schedules
- OnePager Pro proficiency or experience, preferred
- Experience with Agile Methodology preferred
This position is subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. This position requires an Active Secret Security Clearance.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 to $140,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
