Property Management company seeking an Assistant Manager for a community located in Las Vegas. This candidate will demonstrate features and lease apartment homes to prospective residents. Interview prospective residents and record information to ascertain needs and qualifications. Accompany prospects to apartment homes; discuss size and layout of rooms; and discuss available facilities, such as swimming pools, Jacuzzi, location of schools, retail shopping and services available to residents and terms and conditions of lease contract and all addendums. Assists prospect in completing application for rental, prepare lease forms and other necessary paperwork as well as collects the rental deposit, application fee and screen prospect. May inspect condition of premises and arrange for necessary maintenance. May compile listing of available rental property, The Assistant Manager objective is to effectively follow the leasing and marketing program within companies guidelines and operative objective. To follow companies qualifying standards for residency, and to assist with resident programs and retention. This position will support the Property Manager with any all tasks assigned. The physical demands include walking and climbing stairs. May require lifting, carrying and pushing, pulling 25 lbs. occasionally, frequently up to 15 lbs. or negligible amounts constantly. Phone usage is also required, as in the need to speak professionally and clearly. Must have 1+ years minimum related work experience in the industry. Must have written communication skills and excellent customer service.

Pay: $ $21.00 per hour
