We are developing the future of Army Aviation with the Bell Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) part of the US Army's Future Vertical Lift (FVL) modernization effort. We are also developing the Bell 525 Relentless and Bell's High-Speed Vertical Take-Off and Landing (HSVTOL) program, a next generation stop-fold tilt-rotor.

This position is onsite in Fort Worth, Texas.

The Bell Training Academy (BTA)
Bring your experience and exceptional customer focus to Bell's state-of-the-art training facility which occupies 100,000 square feet of classroom, lab, and hangar space with world class instructors and Texas hospitality.

What you'll be doing as a BTA Business Specialist:
As a Business Specialist you'll perform training request analysis and customer support duties for the Bell Training Academy (BTA) related to Accounts Payable / Receivable, Facilities Use, Customer Service, Internal Support, and Special Projects.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Facilitating customer check-in, registration, invoicing, and reception activities for the BTA.
• Managing coupon code lifecycle, including setup, application, reconciliation, and maintenance.
• Coordinating and leading BTA tours and customer learning inquiries via Salesforce.
• Maintaining and documenting internal processes and provide feedback on continuous improvement.
• Reviewing and processing vendor payments, cost reclassifications, and contract definitization.
• Ensuring accurate account balances through cross-functional coordination with internal departments.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Conducting data analysis and preparing status reports to support BTA management.
• Supporting customer-focused marketing, business development and logistics planning initiatives

Qualifications
Skills You Bring to This Role:

• Customer service
• Effective communication
• Problem-solving competency
• Experience in SAP, SQL, QlikView or Power BI is a plus
• Learning Management Systems (LMS) experience preferred
• Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) What you need to be successful:
• Bachelor's degree required. Preferred degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or Operations.
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role in business operations, scheduling, and/or training environment
• Bilingual both English and Spanish language capabilities required (both verbal and written)
• Demonstrated ability to make sound, timely decisions in high-pressure environments, balancing shifting priorities and tight deadlines with composure and clarity.
