POSITION SUMMARY

Tsubaki Systems is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support one of our clients in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector. This role requires strong analytical expertise, deep knowledge of healthcare and pharma data, and hands-on experience with advanced business intelligence tools.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering analytical solutions that inform decision-making, track KPIs, and generate insights from complex datasets. The Senior Data Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams, interpret regulatory and operational data, and translate findings into actionable strategies for executives and stakeholders.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements for dashboards, metrics, and reports.
  • Develop and maintain 
    data models, queries, and analytical dashboards

in Tableau and Qlik.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with healthcare and pharma standards.
- Translate complex data into 
KPIs, reports, charts, and executive-ready presentations

.
- Conduct advanced data queries and analysis to support research, regulatory, and business initiatives.
- Support healthcare and pharma teams with data-driven insights for operations, compliance, and strategy.
- Provide ad hoc analyses to support decision-making and organizational priorities.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts in analytics best practices.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Public Health, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience

in data analytics, reporting, or BI development roles.
- Proven experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical analytics.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory KPIs, healthcare metrics, and pharma reporting standards.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Ability to work remotely with occasional client travel.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Advanced SQL skills and strong experience querying complex databases.
  • Proficiency in Tableau and Qlik (required); experience with Power BI a plus.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare and pharmaceutical datasets, KPIs, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with ETL processes, data integration, and data validation.
  • Familiarity with Python, R, or other scripting languages is a plus.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills.
  • Ability to derive insights and translate them into business actions.

Internal: Collaboration with Tsubaki Systems' analytics and project teams.

External: Direct interaction with client stakeholders, including executives, clinical leaders, and regulatory teams.

ADA SPECIFICATIONS
