Job Description:

  • Act as the primary HR contact for the Delaware and Pennsylvania offices.
  • Manage employee relations issues, performance management, and HR compliance for these locations.
  • Ensure adherence to local labor laws and company policies.
  • Support recruitment efforts for the DE and PA regions, ensuring timely hiring and onboarding of new employees.
  • Design and facilitate training programs related to HR policies, compliance, and professional development for employees in all locations.
  • Ensure that HR-related training is up-to-date and relevant to current employment laws and organizational needs.
  • Assist Admin with planning and executing holiday and cultural celebrations, including preparation, communication, and logistics.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 2-4 years of HR or administrative experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software systems.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
