Job Summary:

We're looking for a passionate and driven Sales Associate to join our team in Salem, OR. Whether you have jewelry experience or not, if you're excited to help guests celebrate life's milestones and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests as they enter the store
  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience at every touchpoint
  • Make follow-up calls to build lasting guest relationships
  • Qualify each guest to understand their needs and match them with the perfect piece
  • Perform jewelry cleanings and inspections
  • Help process incoming and outgoing inventory
  • Contribute to a positive team culture and store success

What We're Looking For:

  • Sales experience is a plus, but not required—we'll train the right person
  • A can-do attitude with a passion for saying "yes" to the guest
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and be coachable
  • Desire to be part of a growing company elevating its brand
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
